Getting started is easy and can be done in just three simple steps:

1. Review YBDE Liability Waiver & Cancellation Policy. All clients will sign a physical copy to be held at the studio.

2. Create an Acuity Account -YBDE Scheduling System. This will give you the oversight of both scheduling, canceling and rescheduling your session/class seamlessly. You can also track your available balance of classes/sessions based on the package you have purchased with the unique code provided to you at time of purchase. You must log in each time you schedule to maintain this level of access.

3. Schedule your class or PT session
