To maintain a safe, positive and respectful environment for all clients, Your Best Day Ever Movement Studio reserves the right to cancel appointments, terminate packages or discontinue services at any time, at its sole discretion due to inappropriate behavior, repeated policy violations, safety concerns , or any other reason deemed necessary. If services are discontinued, any unused prepaid sessions will be refunded on a prorated basis, less any applicable processing or service charges.
